常见问题

What happens when the 14 days are up?
Nothing is deleted. The account becomes read-only: everything you have entered stays visible, including the cleans booked for that week, but nothing new can be added until you pick a plan. Pay whenever you are ready and it picks up exactly where it stopped.
Do I need a card to start?
No. There is no card form on this site at all. Payment is by bank transfer, arranged with us directly — you will find our account details in the portal once you sign up.
How do I pay?
Transfer to our account, then tell us in the portal — there is a form for it, and you can attach the transfer slip. We check it against the bank and your subscription is extended once it is confirmed.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Get in touch and we will move you across. If you are moving down to a smaller plan you may need to deactivate a few properties or cleaners first, so that what you have fits what you are paying for.
What if I go over the limit on my plan?
Adding is refused with a note saying which limit you have reached — nothing already there is touched or hidden. Deactivate a place you no longer let, or move up a plan.
Do my cleaners need an account?
No, and that is deliberate. They carry on using ordinary WhatsApp. Kleanly writes the message — place, date, time, how to get in — and you send it from your own phone.
